Morning Must HaveSTRETCH! If I have time I do a quick 15 min morning yoga (in between meeting the endless demands of a 3 year old) at the very least I will have a quick stretch
3pm Slump SolutionSwitch tasks. If you’re brain is feeling fried them switch to a different task, something that requires less brain power but still needs doing.
Selfcare Hackmy bedtime routine is solid; I put my phone down and I don’t look at it, I wash my face and do my skincare routine. I then write down everything I am grateful for that day, read a few pages of my book, take CBD and pull down my eye mask.

A walk with my miniature sausage dog Ralph – a bit of fresh air (and hopefully some sunshine) can really help me to refocus!
Celebrating the little things – I like to make note of all the ‘tiny wins’ in the day, it helps me to stay positive and motivated!
